We are up in Nelson BC visiting my parents and my sister is educating all of us in Canadian culture. Hence, the pure maple syrup in snow to make maple snow popsicles.
And so I'm offering this simple phrase, To kids from one to ninety-two, Although its been said many times, many ways, Happy New Year, to you.

I've ALWAYS wanted to try maple syrup candy in the snow after reading Little House in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls when I was little.
