sweet you were and how
observant you were
of the world around you.
You took it all in.
And you still do.

not just what is in front of you.

Anna, I don't really remember anything from life before four. But I remember my fourth birthday and a lot after that. Just a little tidbit I've been thinking about. Sometimes I am very thankful that my children might not remember some things...teehee.
